Two weeks ago, we indulged in showing you some of the most cringe- and laugh-worthy makeup looks that came down the runway in New York and London during Fashion Weeks. Now, we’ll show you the lovely, wearable looks and how you’ll be able to create the same for yourself using ColorOn…Professional instant eye shadows. And the “winners” are…

Vivienne Tam: The first thing you’ll notice in all of these looks is that the heavy eyebrow is BACK. At Vivienne Tam, the eye makeup was a beautiful wash of delicate pinks, corals, and yellow, which you can reproduce perfectly with colorOn’s Pink Lemonade from the Naturally Cooler Variety Kit. A but of pink cream blush and a sheer pinkish coral gloss, and you have this look down pat.

Yigal Azrouel: This look is almost just a slightly more intense version of the look at Vivienne Tam, with a more intense coral eye shadow, a coral/bronzed cheek, and a nude lip. Try colorOn’s Sunset Beach from the Bestsellers Variety Kit, sculpt your cheekbones with the coral blush high up and onto the temples and the bronzer in the hollow below the cheekbone, and finish with a bit of lip balm.

Dolce & Gabbana

Dolce & Gabbana: Known for their love of excess (check out the earrings!), Dolce and Gabbana’s palette for the face was a monochromatic gilded mocha, from the eyeshadow to the sheer lipgloss. Use Gypsy from the Metallics Variety Kit, keep the skin dewy with a sheer tinted moisturizer (notice you can see the model’s freckles) and a bronze highlighter instead of blush, and finish with a sheer bronzed lipstick or gloss. This isn’t about sparkle, but about subtle shimmer.

Derek Lam: We have two very contrasting looks from the Derek Lam runway. The first model, a white-platinum blonde, has had her brows filled in a very over-exaggerated, not-ready-for-the-street way, with a bronze eyeshadow worked up into the brow from the crease, and a shimmery golden shadow on her lids. You can get the same effect by using colorOn’s Bronze Goddess from the Metallics Variety Kit, and apply it upside down so that the darker color is above the crease. With an eye this strong, the lip is lightly glossed with a clear or pale pink, and the bronze-y blush is worn oon the outer third of the upper cheekbone and blended up onto the temple. Definitely more of a nighttime look!

The other model is wearing a palette in opposing cool colors, with a heavy handed application of deep blue eye shadows all the way from the lash line to the brow. ColorOn’s Dusky Twilight from the Painted Desert Variety Kit will give you a similar, if not quite as intense, look – more appropriate for real life. With a sweep of bronze eyeliner below the lash line, and precise bronze lipstick, this look really says “fall.”

Alice & Olivia: We’re not so sure about the manicure, but the feminine blue/teal eyeshadow with lots of black mascara on the top lashes looked surprisingly wearable when paired with baby-pink cheeks and a pinkish-nude lip. ColorOn’s Key West from the Eye Envy Tropics Variety Kit is the matte choice, or if you want something with a bit of shimmer, use Camera Ready instant eye shadow, a subtle prismatic look combining sapphire shading to platinum to a minty teal.

Y3: We just thought this was absolutely gorgeous. The tone of this model’s skin, combined with her deep brownish/grey eye shadows, and the pop of shiny fuchsia lips, was simply perfect. You can try ColorOn’s Heavy Metal instant eye shadow, a shimmery prism of black, chocolate brown, and black that will blend into a similar look.
